K-State has the talent and coaching to win. K-State cautiously optimistic. BYU will be psyched to return and play at home.

BYU looks good on film with their older guys. It will be really cold. BYU's a tough team. Haven't given up 20 points all season. Haven't played the same level of competition as K-State. BYU's letting their QB do it all--run, pass, throw for TD's--but he's going to give the football away. (salivating) Not worried about game-breaking speed...QB is good...defense is amazing.

Hammer: BYU is better at night and this is an unreal environment. Retzlaff is a gunslinger and a gamer. BYU is yet to face a legit offense.

QB Avery Johnson will run the ball a lot. K-State hasn't had passing TD's.

Hammer: Game should be a lot of fun in the second half.
