Why doesn't Utah have any Michelin star restaurants?

Do Utahns just prefer restaurant chains: Ruth's Chris, Olive Garden, Applebee's?

Utah restaurants can't find enough trained staff to support a Michelin restaurant. Even if you go to the most expensive
