There were many, many posts the week before SMU game that SMU was our hardest
game of the year. Many posts cited charts and statistics.
So, not surprising that we have some confidence after surviving that test.
FWIW - I didn't think that was true then or true now, but the road win @SMU showed that this team has a legit defense and can and will compete.

Even more crazy is how unimpressed some BYU fans are at BYU beating a P4 team on the road as a 2 score underdog.
