UNLV - They play three P4 schools plus Oregon State which is kind of a P4 and

three upper tier G5 schools in SDSU, Fresno and Boise State. Memphis plays one P4 and one upper tier G5 and NUI plays two P4 teams and no upper tier G5 teams. I get that Memphis beat FSU and NIU beat ND but their entire schedule is not as difficult as UNLV IMO.
