I've heard good things about Kitzbuhel, and it's only about a 4 hour drive for me. Comparable to Lech, I think. Yeah, nothing beats Utah's snow.

Zermatt is hard to beat. Iconic location, lots of terrain, and you have both Italy and Swiss sides to enjoy
