reality is that Jake has played against one mediocre FBS opponent and two FCS level opponents. Yes Wyoming is technically an FBS team but they are a FCS level team this year. They even lost to FCS Idaho so they suck. Jake looked pretty good against the FCS level but he struggled mightily against SMU. Anyone who thinks he isn’t going to struggle against P4 level opponents is delusional or has a short memory. He has yet to show he can perform at a high level against P4 level competition. I am going to wait and see how he performs against KSU this Saturday before I jump on the bandwagon.
