Bottom tier is correct. I think UCF and ASU are going to be better than TCU
I would put UCF in the second tier. Hurley is too much of a wild card for me to move him up a tier. I think his ratings are underrating Baylor, I think they deserve to be in that top tier for sure. Arizona could easily be tier 1, but with their unknowns I think it’s fair to have them be at the top of tier 2.
