I feel like he adapts too slowly when this approach doesn't work and he tends not to design plays specifically around his best skill players. This is what I would change. I would design the offense around your best players. I would try to use the TE's more in short passing downs in the middle of the field to offset the fact that BYU can't run the ball effective on 1st down. I did like that he started to run Jake more in the 2nd half against Wyoming and I would continue to do this.
