the things you need to get done and probably paired with something unpleasant you know is happening soon.
I’d recommend “two books”:
- Getting Things Done
- one of your choice in the overthinking genre
And listen to the “Minimalists” podcast.
I’d also recommend an hour or so before bed taking 5-10 minutes of writing down all your concerns and then followed immediately by a quick burst of workout (a few sprints, HITT, blast out a few sets of pushups…whatever).
