For 7 days Preferably at the same time for close to the same time, everyday. Then on day 8 add one more and continue, adding one each day after. So for day 8, it was 28 for day 9, that was 29. For day 10, it was 30 and so on, so it took quite a while before I even reached back up to my original 45, and then once it got to 45, the day after that I just did one more. Even if I have gas in the tank, I only do one more. Focus on form, keeping everything locked in core glutes. Everything so that my shoulders don't hurt and crank them out. Lock out back down.
