Utah (member from 2011-2024), Montana (1924-1950), and Idaho (1922-1959) are rushing to submit their applications for readmittance to the suddenly marginally viable Pac-12.

The three schools have cited their past history as devoted league members who deeply regret ever leaving.

Evidently, Idaho and Montana are highlighting their status as the Flagship Universities of their respective States, while Utah has noted broad recognition as the "Flagship University of West Valley City and greater Carbon County."
