I get that BYU and Wyoming have a long history...the pee water balloons, etc. but there's no history between the actual players on the team right now.

Especially in today's CFB, players are from all over the place. So there's probably a small number of Wyoming players who have parents that have passed down the BYU hate tradition. Same thing goes for BYU...this week I've heard a bunch of BYU players asked about the mini rivalry with Wyoming and the majority of them don't know anything about Wyoming or care. The only ones that do all reference how their dad's told them stories.

I just don't think it's true anymore that this is Wyoming's Superbowl. I bet the players on the team care a whole lot more about beating their conference mates that they actually have playing history with
