You're not wrong, but neither is he. You CAN build credit while on the mission,

BUT you can also do that with your credit frozen. So he is wrong when he said, "No." But he is right when he said that they can effectively build credit while on their mission.

Just want to clarify that for anybody that read your post and wasn't sure what part you are disagreeing with.
