Recall, coach Voigt was the head coach of the Nigerian Olympic team 2016 and has great ties to the region.

I’m assuming he’s there to recruit which reminds me of the global reach / recruiting strategy of the current coaching staff.

There’s some question as to whether Mboup is going to make it to BYU but there’s a ton of talent in the region (see South Sudan!) and hopefully Voigt can help us land some more of it.
