I don't disagree that he'd be a fine HC. I just disagree that the HC has as much actual influence on how well
the team actually plays. At the places I've worked, excellent workers get promoted to leadership positions and fail because they took them away from what they were best at.
Just pay Hill whatever it takes to keep him and give him a long contract if that's what it takes. If a new OC is needed to boost the offense, then TH should work with KS to get that done.
IMO, Bronco would be a much better DC than HC too.

I just believe Kalani won't be retained... it will be kind of like Bronco was kind of not given a contract extension
