Khachapuri are terrific. Tough to find Georgian restaurants or bakeries, though. Seattle and most large cities have some. FWIW, Kiev is filled with them according to a friend who works there, but that might be a bit tricky. Armenian and Turkish restaurants also have similar dishes. There's a grocery store on 7200 South in SLC that does a miniature version (not bad) along with lahmacun and spinach fatayer.
