Where has it been established anywhere that the best player is not currently playing? There was a lengthy competition to determine this. Notwithstanding that unsupported premise, "how long" probably = more than 1 bad performance (in which we actually beat a double digit favorite P4 team on the road).

I already stated conditions which would prompt seeing Bohanan in my mind, so I'll refer you back to those. No thoughts re: Hillstead other than if he's the guy, he needs to get the right people to notice. Those who've actually seen him play and evaluated him the most thoroughly have him at 3 or 4.

Retzlaff has to play better. What leash he has remaining has almost certainly been shortened, and appropriately so. As for what should have happened to this point, I usually agree with Matich and his takes, and I do so again here.
