It’s obvious he kneeled it down in the endzone. So there’s no possible explanation for putting it on the 1. If you think
momentum took him into the endzone and he never left, you’re wrong, but that should be a touchback.
If you think he left the endzone and came back in in his own power (which he did) then it’s a safety.
But there’s no scenario in which he kneels it down in the endzone and you put the ball on the 1.
