well, they both were but that one was particularly bad. The guy got up and he was right there. Jake had the RB open to the left with no one around him. Both he and Hill were at or before the LOS so both would have been legal passes. Jake locked into one guy and went with it. BYU got lucky after that with SMU giving the ball away.
