It's an insane proposition.
Pitching is not going to be possible:
The fastest baseball pitch ever recorded by a woman was 83 mph (133 km/h) thrown by Canadian Raine Padgham during a training session in 2020. At just 15 years old, Raine topped this impressive speed, breaking previous records. Before her, the official record for a female pitcher was 69 mph (111 km/h), set by Lauren Boden in 2013 (Guinness World Records)
So maybe a woman could DH if she can out hit every male player on a AAA roster. Then she'd have to be the best batter in spring training competing against major league players to make the clubhouse. So in essence it is possible with the White Sox I suppose.
