I agree. Give him the second half if things are under control. Give him time

to play with the full playbook. If we believe we will eventually need to use a second QB, I think a smart coach would give the backup some playing time along the way to help him develop and stay sharp. This isn’t controversial - we do this extensively with other positions.

Why do you think we have better depth on the defense this year?
