he is on his third team, cowboys wanted to go in a different direction after feast or famine years, the chargers coach got fired and he was hired by the eagles. he is considered a bright young mind, the 2 number one offenses will give him job security for a while in the league. After he left Dallas finished with the #5 offense last year, so obviously he benefitted from coaching a really talented team.

He is with eagles this year, so I am guessing he would he top 7 or 8 or the fanbase won’t be happy.
