I think there's no formal Big 12 network for two reasons
1. The Longhorn Network wouldn't allow it.
2. The ACC Network and Pac 12 Network have flopped, so it isn't viewed as a good business decision to make a Big 12 network.

Longhorn Network arguably saved the Big 12. It’s the reason Texas and the PAC-12 couldn’t come to an agreement.
