that stat is off. On/Off Net rating is the difference between what your team is scoring when you are on the floor vs. when you are on the bench. So a player that is +15 per 100 possessions on the court, but the team is +20 per 100 possessions when he is off the court would have a "Net Rating" of -5.
Regardless, if you look at Net Rating (ORtg - DRtg) during conference games only, he was 3rd on the team - mainly due to his incredibly high offensive rating.
