Just started Carnivore 3 weeks ago. Zero carb is not as hard as I feared.
In fact, the risk of carbs stimulating cravings makes low carb sound like torture vs no carb.

2-3 days in, my mind has never felt more clear/alert.

1 week or so in, my body feels as healthy as it has in really long time.

Sharing on the chance it’s helpful-

Fatty meats (the more fat the better, eat as much as your body wants).

I drink bone broth (yuck! But good for you, is filling and helps keep you regular), Heavy cream ( the first gulp is a bit weird but quickly starts to taste like a Milk Shake) and lots of water.

Your tastes start to change and the meats and cream start tasting REALLY good.

To me, the heavy cream is the cheat code that makes the transition much easier. Only a few ounces at a time during the day.

They also say that diet sodas are ok. hard to believe/too good to be true, but that’s what they say…
