My understanding is that Mboup is an NIL walk-on.
He could still definitely be coming, but you never know. It can be a challenge to get these foreign kids accepted and enrolled (re: Maxim Logue). Both Mboup and Boskovic technically have until the add/drop deadline to show up to class, but I wouldn't hold my breath for either of them.
If Boskovic can get here, he's likely our starting 5, though. The coaches seem really high on him.
