I'm curious about online customer service ...
Are those people usually....
Full time at a call center physical location
Full time working from home
Part time / gig workers as a second job
Full time workers for the company who do some of their time customer service and part time doing something else like sales
Part time workers who are doing that at the same time as some other full time job that doesn't really require full time attention
Are they paid for "available hours" or paid by the call or for time online?
Are they dealing with two or three people at the same time, or just one at a time?

Just had actually a pretty positive "chat" ( she couldn't fix the problem but was a least nice about it) and realized it's pretty late for most of the country... Or maybe she was in India or someplace
Anyway. Just weird late night questions
