My son is an RM, a D1 Athlete in his 3rd year (two-year starter), and tore his MCL in practice 3 weeks ago... and on crutches. So yea, I'll pay for his parking tickets so he's not late to class (where he is one semester away from his BS, and will have his MBA by the time he graduates....debt-free due to his full-ride scholarship).

I also have 2 other kids who graduated from BYU and are both very successful and debt-free (unless you want to count paying a mortgage because at 24/26 they are some of the few that can afford homeownership).

So good for you being 'that dad' and not the cool dad.
