I definitely remember some bad throws but my memory is that his pass stats were
mostly bad because he was forcing stuff for a lot of the same reasons Slovis was forcing stuff.
You are probably close to right. We are generally spoiled with QBs and this is obviously a down period. I don’t think he’s less accurate than Riley Nelson (btw I love Riley Nelson).
