Kalani was picked as head coach for one reason, his ability to recruit. He has done a decent job there. But recruiting is not the challenge it once was. NIL took his major advantage away from him.

His weakness has been X’s and O’s and player development. He is a college coach in a professional world. Players wont develop under him, we will enter the slow death spiral until the foodball equivalent of KY is hired.
