I haven't used any of their videos or anything. I mostly just watch Youtube or Netflix while I ride and try to stay at the top of zone 2. Nothing too fancy. I'm not a hard core bike guy. But the bike works great, is very high quality, and is quiet. It's expensive, though, no doubt. I think you get what you pay for, but obviously I have a bias in saying that.
