General Observations:
- Traffic sucks in Utah, half of you need to move away.
- Love and miss the warm desert nights.
- Idaho has culturally appropriated Road Construction from Utah. It was far and away the worst part of the trip.
- You have some great dining options in Utah County, I am so jealous.
- Worst left lane campers this trip, Idaho folks and it wasn't close.
Food:
- Hit Apollo Burger and the Apollo Burger and Fries were great. I think they've messed with the fry sauce and it's not as good as I remember.
- Tried Sol Agave and it was terrific. I went with the filet mignon enchiladas and shrimp and it was great. Will go back.
- Tried Don Joaquin Street Tacos and it was great. Asada was good, Al Pastor was great and I've never had a better Chicken street taco. And they basically double the meat you get with most street tacos. Very inexpensive as well.
- Also tried Cappriotti's Sandwich Shop. Solid Cheesesteaks, I got the American Wagyu Cheesesteak with the hot peppers, it was quite good.
Family get together:
- It was a good time, my folks rented out a nice room at Stone Gate Weddings & Events in Pleasant Grove and we had a catered meal. It was a very nice venue.
- Some were expecting drama, but we all behaved like adults. Very happy about this.
- Good to see family and I hadn't seen most in about 2 years.
