Technically there are no scholarship limits. The only limits are roster sizes.
Anyone who fits on a roster can be awarded a scholarship.
The other change is that there are no longer head count sports. Schools can start giving partial scholarships to athletes in the old head count sports (football, m/w basketball, women's VB, softball).

I don't think is as big an impact as some think. With NIL in its current form, the 85 limit didn't really do the same
