parents to work? You have data showing houses cost more per square foot and you’ve offered a hypothesis as to why. I don’t see how the data you’ve posted supports your position. I’d like to see data that shows that the reason houses cost more per square foot now is because houses are bigger and families have 2 parents working. I don’t think your data supports this. I don’t think it refutes it either. I just don’t think it’s the right data. That’s why I asked to see something that supports your position.
