HS season is too short to make too many skill improvements. The goal may be to

get them in shape, comfortable with the ball again and figure out positions. Filming scrimmages may be a good idea. I like to run the "Barcelona Rondo" — position-based rondo.

I helped coach the sophomore/frosh team. I ran a couple practices/games as the head coach (the actual HC couldn't make it).
