I think the skill and experience of the players probably determines the

complexity of the activity. If they are still struggling with basics, the activities will need to be dumbed down. The coaching interventions shouldn't necessarily increase, they'll just need to be more focused on basic stuff that would normally be the focus for kids a few years younger.
