You said if a family has one spouse working and wants to buy a house with 1000 square number of feet, it would be X dollars, and if they wanted a house with 2000 square feet it would just be 2X dollars. I agree with that if you are only talking about the behavior of that family, but when you multiple the same thing by ten million families, it drives up housing prices. What exactly is the data that you would want to see here?
