$30 with a rebate from my utility provider. How much would the nest learning thermostat change my life. I know it looks a lot cooler and it’s supposed to be smarter but the “smarter” is a blackbox you can’t really quantify. It seems like the nest is geared towards people who are gone to work all day and it adjusts while you are gone. I work hybrid and my wife is still staying with the kids so that doesn’t hold a whole lot of value for us. I’m trying to figure out what would make it worth the extra $100+.
