From what I gather Kalani spreads the NIL across the whole team. Obviously some players get more than others but there isn't anyone getting big NIL money. I understand he does it so there aren't egos or issues in the locker room, but it's going to be hard to land highly rated o-linemen or a highly rated QB. Same on D with D-linemen / edge rushers.
These are the postions that make a huge difference in a season and who also get the most money in NFL and NIL in college. It will be intersting to see how these positions will be filled in the future without paying up.
