A lot of the cost on windows is the mechanics. You can get the same quality
frame and glass with simpler latches for less.

Also, don't worry about Pella, Anderson, or any name brand. Go into a window supplier that carries lots of brands and talk to them. Then go into another supplier and cross check. I'm in the middle of a build right now and we ended up going mid grade after talking to multiple companies about both price and quality. We didn't want too cheap, but also didn't want to overspend. You may or may not end up choosing a brand like Pella once you have more information.

Also, since window suppliers also usually do doors, they will value your business. They are likely to give you a better volume price given the value of a whole house to them.

Fiberglass is good, but make sure it's worth the extra given your budget, climate, etc. The reality is it may provide very little extra value unless you expect to stay in the house for the rest of your life.
