I would add Qatar Airlines as well. Singapore Suites class is unbelievable

flew it once from Singapore to NY via Frankfurt and it was a great flight!

To be honest, the United Polaris class is about as good as these others, definitely better than anything I have seen from other US carriers. Especially the Polaris lounge, great place to spend downtime between connections.
