I'll have to take it from you frequent flyers because I've rarely had too many bad travel days. The worst airline..

experience my immediate family has experienced was with Frontier airlines but they have a pretty awful reputation and I was rolling the dice with them.

Part of me believes that you all are right and the airline industry has gone downhill but another part wonders whether it is some sort of raised expectation thing?
