Was deadlifting on Tuesday and lost my form and I think I strained my lower back some, lifting a bit heavy. I finished up the workout, didn't feel too bad but it did hurt a bit. Played basketball the next morning and felt it a bit, but played 1.5 hours without trouble. Friday I played basketball again and it started hurting more and by later that morning I am in quite a bit of pain. Can't even stand without pain or even roll over in bed without pain.
What did I do to myself? Just a flare-up? Still fairly painful today, but slightly better than yesterday.
