If the Hyper-V host runs CrowdStrike on it, then it would be affected as well.
We had several Hyper-V hosts BSOD on us last night. Once the hosts were fixed, then our server guys moved to fixing the VM's.

They won't, the servers will have to be fixed without CrowdStrike's help.

Presumably everyone has access to their physical servers using RAC or iLO.
