Home gym equipment I have and it put together a 5 day workout program for hypertrophy. It’s actually pretty impressive. Had a full on conversation and added some equipment options and it adjusted the workout and included them. I have been doing my own thing for several years and wanted to change things up a little. Mostly was tired of deciding what to do. I’ve done all the exercise it’s suggested and the volume looks pretty accurate. Will see if it works for me.
