Last round the internal B1G slide decks focused on GT based on getting into sun belt (like LA move) for soul contact (major metro), attracting students, and GT’s academic excellence. Ultimately they were not chosen of course. But if B1G makes a southward move UNC, UVa, Miami and GT are on the radar. Not because of dates notions of TV markets. But because of other considerations.

Look at my B12 ranking and you’ll see GT isn’t in my top 6 for B12.

But the point of this post is B1G has power to take a killshot and pass over Clemson and FSu completely. Doing that would neuter FSU and especially Clemdon’s negotiating position with SEC.
