Leaving Aside SMU, Cal, Stanford, ND, my list:

Clemson
North Carolina

tie - Pittsburgh/Louisville/Duke

Wake Forest
SMU would be after GT and before BC for me.
ND would be #1 obviously.
Stanford, objectively, is probably after VT and before Pitt/UL/Duke somewhere.
Cal . . . is dying. Even so, probably tied with GT, which is also dying, but in a more attractive expansion location.
