Based on program strength in Football (70%) and Basketball (30%) I would probably rank them as follows:

Florida State
Clemson
North Carolina
Miami
Duke
Virginia

Certainly would be pretty crippling for ACC to lose what are probably their 2 biggest national brands in football. I really hate the size of the conference ballooning like it has, but it could really create some sizable separation between the 3rd and 4th best conference.
