He would have to completely re-work his shooting mechanics
That's not happening at age 23 or 24. And it's not like everyone has the ability to become a good D1-level 3-point shooter. There are tons of great athletes who are terrible shooters. Most of them don't even make a D1 roster. Trey doesn't even finish well around the rim. Shooting just isn't his thing.
