I've been hardwired conditioned to wash my hands more often than most. As a chef and especially when I was a Spoon in
The Army. We actually had classes on how to wash our hands and we're tested on it.
I wash my hands before lunch. If I use a public microwave (break room) I wiped down the handle and control panel with an alcohol wipe before using it.
I don't really think about it, but I do get comments asking if I have ocd. I'm like "no not at all. Just occupational engineering)

It's not just in airport bathrooms which is why I never touch a restroom door handle with my bare hands.
